Yesterday was olevel chinese, dam it was hell. For paper 1, I wrote si han and bao zhang bao dao. Si han was something about both parents work has good and bad points, then I had to write my view to a friend. Was ok, but i forgot to write the wish you *insert phrase*, -1 mark for format le. Compo did ok i guess? It was something about tourists complaining singapore's service not good. Hope can pass ba despite the 1 mark disadvantage already. Sad, was debating life or death situation if I should have quickly added it into my letter. If I could successfully add, +1 mark confirm. If I kena caught, get 0 and banned from olevel for 3 years. Decided to be honest in the end ba, since that was my "true" marks anyway.
After that there was a half hour or so break then paper 2 le. Zong he tian kong is cannot catch any ball de, but still try my best to do. Then li jie ce yan + wen da not so bad, can more or less understand it. I seriously seriously tried my best to understand zong he tian kong de choices ><. The li jie ce yan I reading story halfway need keep telling myself to wake up sia. Was saying "Don't sleep, this is olevel not school chinese practice which can don't care de, you want die isit?" to myself..>.>
After the paper 2, people were discussing their answers and also formed together an answer key after crossrefering with teachers. I am guessing the answer key would be 80-90%, if not fully 100% accurate. I ain't gonna post it up incase something might happen. According to the "answer key", I scored 0 outta 10 for zong he tian kong. O.O. Like, I seriouslyx100 tried my best, despite how rare an occasion like this to happen that I would do my best for chinese. Appears my best = 0 >.>. I think if i tikam tikam can at least get 1 or 2 marks leh? TT
So far Zong he tian kong[cloze passage] = 0/10
Next part was li jie ce yan. After checking with "answer key", I got 8/10 correct, 16 marks =). Was like very worried cause I compare with the class pros like mingfeng but they all say my answers a lot wrong sia. Means I very heng ba if this "answer key" is accurate.
Total : 0/10 + 16/20 = 16/30
Overall so far: [pass] xD
Jiayou to charissa ba, 14/30 can pass overall de, just need 21/40 for li jie wen da. I hope I can get at least 20 >.>.
Recently I am starting to go back to my habit of yugioh again <.<. Spending a lot of time playing cards le, until 5pm then start to go back home. Oh well, can somewhat destress ba.
There is still teacher meet parents ba, though I think it is optional for me. Not that I showed my results yet to my parents. I think my father was quite pleased already when I merely said I passed my chinese mid year? Lol.
Today was tiring. The principal wanted to give a breakdown of the performance of the cohort. Not very good at all ba, there were people whose L1R5 were rather high. Jiayou to all. Must win me by olevel. Principal was a bit kaopei ba i guess? Nevermind, not like I wouldn't understand why.
Went for half an hour or so of SS lesson next. The school had decided to hire a teacher to teach ss to us I guess, some course thingy probably to give miss neo her well deserved rest. The teacher is rather anti-pap though, probably just jokes to keep the class alive i guess. Left midway to go for maths olympaid competition, screw that sia. There were 35 questions, no calculators allowed and i could only do about half of the questions. The most irritating part was that the answers were actually integers. Eg.
Solve (tan40tan60tan80) divided by (tan40 + tan60 + tan80) without calculator aid >.>

After 2.5 hrs of maths olympaid(tanato left half an hour into the paper though) we went for 10min break before starting bio trial 1. Quite sian ba, though we skipped maths lesson for bio trial. Wonder if mrs lim was angry.
Was suddenly thinking about the total defense day skit which I had to perform in(I was the singapore ambassador >.>). If I am truly singapore's ambassador, singapore will be kissing its future goodbye. The last part of the skit I kinda blank out for a moment so i just randomly make comments about my observations to the other ambassador, like the NCC & NPCC people being pro and jumping down the catch the terrorist or SJAB being dam efficient in carrying away the wounded.
Note: The very very last part when me and the other girl were going behind the curtains was not on purpose. I did not know that the microphone was still on >.>.
That's about it that I can think of for now I guess. Here's a quote from the talk to scold us for doing badly in the english mid year exam(only 40% passes).
"Personally, in my opinion, I think.." =P. Triple emphasis no?

Well, gotten back all results le. Good news, all subjects passed, including chinese ^^ [yes i know how (totally impossible)^100 this is but wow i passed]. Here's my marks ba for all, decently good i guess.
English : 60/110=54%
Chinese : 117.5/200 = 58.75% ^^
Combined humanities = 69.5 / 100
SS : 40/50
Egeog : 29.5/50
Bio : 99/120 = 82.5%
Phy : 113/120 = 94%
Chem : 107/120 = 89.2%
Emaths : 100/100 = 100%
Amaths : 140/140 = 100%
Average %= 81% (around there)
Average msg = 2.375
L1R5 = 13
Weird thing is that my chinese actually win my english o.o and that my average msg does not match average %. Got people cursing and etc. to me le ba today. Then got some classes show the top ranking for some subjects, probably why most if not the whole level would know me either by name or face while the number of people i know outside of 4/2 is like peanuts. Got people tell me, the whole cohort 70% want to win me in something while the remaining 30% either don't cares or gave up. This can't be true..right?..
Anyway, congrats to those who scored quite high. Like those in 4/1 who got 136 or even 139(I think?) in amaths. Good luck for prelims, if necessary use me as an aim to defeat, not that I need to tell some people already. Seriously, can win/draw with me with enough effort. Like andrew tanato win me in biology by 1 mark, congratx. Hm, congrats and jiayou to some people ba. Jasmine, sure can make it de, just put in a bit more effort sure can get A1 for maths, both a and e as well as sciences. Charissa also, you can score better de, go for it and chiong worhs. You ain't a frog who is stuck in a well. Most importantly though
*Congrats to Geraldo for passing HCL*He get 50.5% but hey, at least he passed HCl leh. *claps*. Geraldo, need work harder or you cannot be your ownage form le. Biology almost passed, 49 marks. Jiayou jiayou. If next biology exam cannot get pass, you will owe me $20, settle arh?
Other then exam results, now dam sian le. Olevel coming soon and next 2 days will be having "intensive chinese". Haix, hope can pass olevel ba. At least I improve my hope from D7 to C6 le leh. Charissa, you also better pass with me worhs. Whole class pass together, settle?
Better go sleep soon le ba, nitex then. Last thing, happy bdae pearson =), the guy who didn't go camp still get corporal promotion =.=".

Well, examinations are finally over. No more mugging through the night again ^^, for now =.=". Chinese olevel still coming in 2 weeks time, i think get D7 ok le ba? Though somehow i recall getting a long long lecture before on this o.O.
Last week we were given the deluexe treatment of examinations, having elect geography or social studies is totally not fun at all. Apparantly slept 1-3am area for the whole 5 nights, around 3:30am on the day before elect geog. At least i managed to study most of what actually came out, though ended up studying like dog throughout the whole night. At least this week's exams were easier, just paper 1 for chem, emaths and chinese listening. Just hope i won't fail listening like last year.
Past 3 days was doing preparation for chinese olevel and other things. First 2 days needed to do 2 chinese paper 1 and 2 chinese paper 2, plus today homework 2 paper 2 and 1 paper 1 also. Sibei pekchek sia, can't be helped ba since it isn't too long till olevel.
I think i am getting quite suay le nowadays, yesterday for chinese talk kena asked by teacher to say my opinion for one of the compo questions. Weird thing is that people said I kaopei the teacher? Did I? o.O
Then today was just talk on english oral, don't think it helped out too much though. Likewise kena called by the teacher yet again to say how much I think one example person would get for conversation. At least this time i got a kitkat =.=. Later also had own conversation with partners for a few conversation questions. I was telling jasmine for the question about the first time i met somebody. Think this was something around what I said:
"I was in the same school as this person for at least 2 years but it was only last year that I knew her. I was a little afraid of girls at that time due to some past experiences so I just ignored tricia when she introduced her to me. When she said hi to me also i just ignored her. The worst part was when she sat down next to me i shifted my table away. Though over time i slowly became closer to her as a friend and she was a "turning point" in my life as I could slowly talk more with the opposite gender".
This is true btw, not that it would mean much i guess. Guess who? Weird though, geraldo dno why don't like to talk a lot for conversation, talk 1 or 2 sentences then don't want le. Too pro liao le ba o.O. Recently couldn't get to talk much to geraldo anyway, didn't hear any more of his jianda comments.
Most sian, next week getting back results le. Hope don't do badly ba, maybe L1R5 around 12 very good le. Anyway, jiayou in advance to felicia whose exam coming soon.
